Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Products must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (if applicable)
  • Used or washed items for hygiene and safety reasons

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at returns@thelookmore.com or call [Your Contact Number] to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, include the RA number, and ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Partial Refunds:

  • In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges

Exchange Process:

  4. Receive Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the item(s) to be exchanged, we will process the shipment of the replacement product(s).

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos.
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including providing a replacement or refund as necessary.
